Born in Fort Lee in 2016, Mavi's started as a cozy coffee shop and grew into something truly one-of-a-kind. Our signature pink dough — crafted from organic beets and organic flour with 48 hours of natural fermentation — is unlike anything else in New Jersey. Delicious pizza and kind staff
The pasta was absolutely delicious and beautifully plated. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed 🥹🤍 The waffle and affogato were simply perfect, definitely my favorites. I can’t wait to come back again soon!!

Excellent food and services
Wow!! Traveling from out of state and decided to stop by as they had coffee and Pizza (odd combo but I was craving both today) along with good reviews we stopped in. The service was exceptional and the menu was so exciting and we wanted to try everything! We settled in on the avocado salad, pesto chicken pizza, and spicy rice cakes. It exceeded all expectations and we loved everything! Highly recommended!!

Excellent service and great flavors
I’ve been coming here for a bit now and I ALWAYS crave their pasta!! I like to bring my friends here so I could try more of their menu~ I usually get the same thing, the donkatsu spicy rose cheese pasta and calamari-ade. But all their pastas are good!!!Staff is super friendly and service is great all the time.

Highly recommended for something specials
I’ve been coming here for a year now and I keep forgetting to post a review! This is one of my favorite places at Fort Lee. At first I thought it’ll be a basic pasta place…was I wrong!! I swear they put something in their food that makes me coming back for more. I got the truffle cream pasta and D2, cutlet with shrimp and pasta. Absolutely delicious. Think of your traditional pasta but remixed. I don’t know how to explain it but all the flavors are there and hits every note. I always get their jujubee date tea or their lychee sparkling drink. Tastes exactly like those lychee jellies you grow up with. Nostalgia in a cup. I love this place so bad. If their truffle pasta goes this hard, I need to have them make a truffle mushroom pizza NOWWWW. SO MAVIS MAKE THAT TRUFFLE MUSHROOM PIZZA!!! I’m trying to SEE something!!!
